Essentially Johnny says the school should be allowed to pray at graduation because the class took a vote and the majority agreed on it.

Yeah and the majority of the country would also vote that we have a national religion and that religion be Christianity... does that make it ok? NO! THAT'S WHY THERE IS AN ESTABLISHMENT CLAUSE... so that the majority doesn't fistfuck the minority into submissive obedience! The minorities would have ZERO rights if we were to take majority vote on things established in the goddamn constitution!

No we can't beat suspects to get confessions... but can we beat Christians who think they are the only Americans with any importance!? No? Fuck. Lets take a vote!
